Many products claim to strengthen, soften & repair damaged hair but this is one of the few that really does work. Philip Kingsley’s Elasticizer was launched over 26 years ago and is still a best selling product. Simply apply to the mid lengths & ends of your hair before shampooing, leave on for up to 20 minutes then wash and condition as usual.

In my quest for natural looking waves, I have finally found a product that softens & adds movement without clogging my hair up with gunk or grease! Molton Brown’s Shining Starbloom is a conditioning & detangling spray with added sunscreen, which will protect your hair from the drying & colour fading effects of the sun. Simply spray it on to the ends of your hair straight after a shower (I don’t use a conditioner when using this), then let it dry naturally in the sun for gentle waves, or plait & leave to dry for more defined movement. Brilliant for holidays & detangling sandy haired small boys & girls!
People often shy away from using oils as they think that they will be messy and greasy, but if used as an occasional tonic they can work wonders. I apply this once aweek for 10 minutes before washing my hair and the results are instant. So, for softer, supershiny and manageable hair that really does shine, treat yourself to a little bottle of this elixir.
This tiny pot of Resurrection dust can perform miracles! If you have inherited limp, fine hair but have always dreamt of having a Brigitte Bardot bouffant, then try this. All you need to do is shake the pot, sprinkle a small amount onto your roots and fluff your hair up a bit for instead volume. It leaves your hair feeling slightly rubbery but it really does work.
