Although many facialists & beauty experts argue that using a toner is unnecessary, the debris still left on my cotton wool pad after toning begs to differ! The amount of pollution & grime in big cities is considerable, which is why I prefer to use a toner after cleansing, just to be sure that it isn’t still lurking on my skin.
